Agnė Žagrakalytė is a poet, prose writer, and publicist. She studied Lithuanian Language and Literature at the Educational University in Vilnius and worked as an editor of youth columns for the cultural magazines Aktyvios jungtys (“Active Links”) and Lux/jauniems (“Lux/For the Young”), as well as for the weekly literary magazine Literatūra ir menas (“Literature and Art”). She published the volumes of poetry Išteku (“I marry“, 2003) and Visa tiesa apie Alisą Meler (“The whole Truth about Alisa Meler“, 2008), as well as multiple essays and poems in the cultural press.
